Professor Patel is a very experienced, knowledgable and friendly doctor who helped to explain what I needed to know in my appointment with him. He has a very good way of making medical jargon comprehensible for non-medical people.

Dr Marciniak was welcoming from the get go. He was extremely thorough, patient and understanding throughout the entire consultation. I was not rushed and was given the opportunity to explain my symptoms from start to finish, and made me feel listened to. He ensured I understood everything which was explained to me, allowed me to ask questions and explained the next steps clear and concisely. For some, being within a hospital setting can be daunting but Dr Marciniak makes it the total opposite.

I was referred to Dr Lloyd to further investigate my low pulse rate. After my initial consultation, Dr Lloyd recommended that I had an ECHO, CPET and CT scan. The whole process with the various tests was swift taking around 7-10 days. Dr Lloyd provided a personal service and was very clear on the findings and the subsequent advise going forward.

A calm, professional and friendly approach with careful attention to my concerns at a time when I felt anxious and afraid. A very positive experience. Thank you.

Dr Chabok is not only a brilliant Cardiologist but an absolutely wonderful person . . He is a polite , charming , extremely warm and very smiley gentleman ! I found that this immediately helps to put one at ease in what is often a stressful , tense situation . His explanations are clear and he answered all the many questions that I threw at him . He has formidable knowledge and expertise, listens to every nuance (‘and believe me I asked a lot of questions!!) and he responds with such a gentle, kind, and informative manner ….he Is quite simply one of the best specialists I’ve encountered. Not one to box tick but looks at the patient as a whole and works out the best steps forward rather than feeling like you are just number). Always on hand to answer questions or look at ways to make you more at ease and comfortable with any procedures or medication.
