The diagnostic tests were conducted with the utmost efficiency and precision. They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. Moreover, the hospital itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Dr Savvatis was really professional, he prescribed a variety of tests to make sure to find out the root of the issue. Dr Savvatis was able to provide reassurance and explain everything to me. The process/ appointments were smooth and everyone in the clinic was very friendly and professional.

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

I had the best care at the Portland Hospital. All the midwives and nursing staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. The facilities were incredible. I was well looked after and enjoyed my hospital stay.
