I have been visiting the Essex Private Doctors for the last 6 months and I am so happy to have found this excellent practice with very friendly staff and competent doctors. It feels amazing to be listened by the doctors , to be understood and offered options and adequate treatment.

Waiting over 30 mins for my appointment. Utterly unacceptable. I made the first appointment of the day and arrived early as a courtesy and have been left waiting with no explanation or indication of when I will be seen. As a paying patient the service is not good enough.
