Dr Brener was excellent throughout my stay. I saw him three times a week and he was always aware and up to date with my progress in group therapy. He gave me assignments based on my needs and listened to my views on what I needed too.

Dr Elia has been wonderful to me, taking the time to listen to my case and answer all of my questions. She has recommended appropriate ongoing care and continues to carefully monitor medication. I’d highly recommend Dr Elia.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.

Joe provided a really great experince thoughout all of our sessions. I was given the guidance but also the space to explore the ways in which i was working and how my mind worked. Joe was also supportive throughout our sessions.

Andrew Parker is an outstanding psychiatrist and I believe that his rapid intervention is one of the main reasons I returned to health so quickly. His consultations are thorough, and he has a friendly holistic approach which takes into account a patients emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. He is accessible at all times, and booking an appointment is hassle free. Rather than a pure focus on one aspect of recovery, Dr Parker discussed long term solutions for building mental resilience and well-being, resulting in a transformational effect on my mental health which I believe will last well into the future. I could not recommend him more highly.

Evangelia has been fantastic. She has been able to help me unpack my thoughts and feelings, and understand where they have come from. She has helped me see how my childhood experiences impact the way I react to situations in adult life, and more importantly has shown me that I can change this and how to. I am in a much better place since I started working with Evangelia.
