Mr Mabrouk was fantastic, I was petrified of surgery but he put me at ease. His reassuring manner and information before surgery helped hugely. I was a day patient but my experience with Miss Nair was a positive one, I felt I was in medically capable hands and any questions I didn't think of at the time of the consultation, Miss Nair gave a card thus giving the option of a follow-up by email if I needed to which was reassuring.
