I went to Genesis for my radiotherapy for breast cancer and was looked after so well from the reception satff to the radiotherapy team. I was offered wellbeing support and exercise therapy too and had the worry of the journey taken away by being offered a driver. Such total care making something that could be potentially be harrowing into a very pleasant experience.

Overall experience is good but there is lot of scope for improvement

I had a very pleasant stay at the Chaucer. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food and drinks were excellent.
