I have just completed the 28 day program at Oasis Bradford. I can honestly say it's the best thing i could have done. The staff are friendly, compassionate and helpful. The workshops, 1:1 counsellimg sessions, group talks afe well structured and I feel i have learned so much about dealing with addiction and have a greater understanding of how recovery works.

I feel that I could not have done this on my own and I feel oasis has offered me a safe space and now I feel I have my senses back and I have more tools to use in my recovery.

Outstanding nursing care, respect for dignity, high quality ensuite rooms and facilities, great food and the very best staff who all take the time to get to know you by name and say hello at every opportunity. Staff always genuinely and sincerely eager to make your day brighter with a smile. An obviously well researched and carefully thought out holistic programme of one to one therapy and mentoring alongside psychoeducation on addiction, mental health, tools and techniques for recovery. All complimented by alternative therapies such as art, free writing, equine, mediation, sound, music, instruments, yoga, breathwork. Action packed programme to heal and then build your mind, body and spirit. By design, the programme is set at a specific pace that is gentle and supportive. Their attentive aftercare anchors you to the treatment received in house, supporting you whilst you return to a new normal and put into practise all that you have learned.

On arrival I was very anxious and nervous ,I was soon put at ease . The new life centre have being amazing . I feel like I've found myself again. Staff are always available to talk day or night . Doctor Beaini is absolutely fantastic. Can't thank them enough .

This was my second time in an establishment like this. Chestnuts was by far the better of the two. Its idyllic location in the countryside was an important part of my recovery. The staff at all level were amazing and made us feel at ease whilst going through treatment.
