The online and telephone procedures for booking, confirming and updating appointments worked very smoothly and with minimal delays. My overall impression of the hospital throughout was one of calm, efficiency and professionalism. The reception staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Likewise the nursing and support staff I met could not have been more supportive and friendly - and sympathetic when required in the few anxious moments.

I feel that I could not have done this on my own and I feel oasis has offered me a safe space and now I feel I have my senses back and I have more tools to use in my recovery.

Absolutely brilliant service, straightforward booking online, lots of available appointments, on arrival professional and friendly greeting, after an examination the micro suction was quick and comfortable and results are brilliant. In summary friendly, efficient and professional service. Highly recommended.
