I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.

I had the best care at the Portland Hospital. All the midwives and nursing staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. The facilities were incredible. I was well looked after and enjoyed my hospital stay.

I had to get in touch over the phone a few times to get my appointment date and time changed and it was always handled in a very efficient and friendly manner. My appointment also went well and all the hospital staff I interacted with were lovely.
