Dr Murphy is a highly skilled surgeon with a sympathetic bedside manner. She is realistic and will only treat you if she can help unlike many other "top" surgeons I have met.

Mr Brookes set me at ease with his friendly and professional manner. He took time to answer my questions and gave me clear, easy to understand information about my current eye conditions, and the options to deal with them. Mr Brookes advised on the best plan for the immediate future. I left feeling generally better and more positive about my situation.

I had a very good experience with Doctor Wisam Muen. Initially the so called 'SMILE' surgery technique didn't yield the results we were expecting. Doctor Muen was very clear on explaining why the results weren't as expected and in preparing me for a followon surgery if I wanted to proceed with a touchup procedure using LASIK. Despite my concerns with the second procedure he put me at ease and helped my understand the potential benefits. I would go back to both OPTEGRA clinic and request Doctor Muen again without a thought. Even though it took some time to achieve what results I wanted, both him and his staff were very supportive through the journey and in the end we were successful! Thank you to you and your staff Doctor Muen....!!

Great, attentive, thoughtful

Mr Dabbagh is an amazing clinician. He has the rare ability to make sick children listen and smile. My 5 year old son was in a lot of pain and Mr Dabbagh looked after him so well. My son George talks about him as he is his hero that saved his eye. But most importantly I need to say he is a very knowledgeable clinician with so many years of experience . We are very grateful to him for all his care and expert knowledge.

Lucy was very helpful and engaging and we felt she understood our reasons for being there and explained the results of our child’s tests well. Very happy with how the consultation went.

Miss Bina has been absolutely great to deal with, she has been patient and clearly explained my son’s condition and the resolution required.
