Always a pleasant hospital to visit, staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and they have a few books and children’s toys.

All the staff at Kim’s were amazing, I turned up 45 minutes before my surgery time and I was instantly going through check up and taken to my room, everything was so smooth, it felt welcoming walking into the hospital, there was always someone at the front door welcoming everyone and advising them of where to go, the whole experience was really nice and the staff were excellent

I went to Genesis for my radiotherapy for breast cancer and was looked after so well from the reception satff to the radiotherapy team. I was offered wellbeing support and exercise therapy too and had the worry of the journey taken away by being offered a driver. Such total care making something that could be potentially be harrowing into a very pleasant experience.
