I live in the United States and have been through several examinations with doctors and hematologists in the USA. However, they did not identify any diagnosis despite my feeling awkward and concerned about my health. I decided to get a second opinion and contacted Dr Deplano. When I arrived in London from the USA and met Dr Deplano for the first time, she fully read all my medical records, was aware of my issues, and spent quality time with me to understand my symptoms. She did a more comprehensive test, and she diagnosed my health issue in less than a few days. She then spent a lot of time getting me an appointment for my problem before I returned to the USA. Dr Deplano managed to learn more about my health issue compared to six months in the USA with no diagnosis. I am very grateful to her and her colleagues for their help finding a treatment for my diagnosis.

I have been seen by Dr Sam Bennett on a number of occasions for different issues. He has always been very accurate in diagnosing. He is always on time and has a very good bedside manner. I have also used the on-call service when my wife was sick on the weekend and the on-call doctor who came to our house on Sunday afternoon was also excellent.
