London Bridge hospital team was excellent at all times. The facilities are great and very clean. Food is very good and overall my experience was positive.

HCA at The Shard was easily accessible and a very pleasant environment. Pre visit instructions would have been helpful and the receptionist I met could have been more friendly.

The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. The soap bottle in the bathroom was empty. Food was alright but I finished my tray and it was left until I checked out. Light switch for bathroom wasn’t clear.

My overall experience was fantastic as soon as I walked in I was instantly created with warmth. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was also seen to very quickly even though I arrived early.
