Katharine offered the perfect balance of support and, when necessary, challenge to us and our teen daughter. Our daughter was wary about starting therapy, but Katharine offered a reassuring presence right from the start. It's always tricky thinking about "progress" in therapy, and things never "improve" in a straight line, but our daughter learned tools from Katharine that have made a real difference in how she copes with things.

Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services. Instantly, I felt a sense of care and understanding from her, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. She has supported me through 4 inpatient admissions, and has helped me begin my journey to recovery.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. Marc is easy to talk to, and knows when to let the patient unburden themselves versus when to step in with some advice. He is also good at knowing when to be forgiving versus when to apply some ‘tough love.’ In my experience, therapy is not always easy but it shouldn’t be unpleasant, and Marc does a good job of ensuring that it is a worthwhile and even enjoyable endeavour.

Dr Brener was excellent throughout my stay. I saw him three times a week and he was always aware and up to date with my progress in group therapy. He gave me assignments based on my needs and listened to my views on what I needed too.
