I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.

Erin is a fantastic physio. She initially helped me recover from a sprained ankle (made a huge difference in a short time) and has since progressed to assisting with my long standing lower back pain issues, as well as my general fitness and flexibility through 1to1 reformer pilates sessions. She is patient, thorough and takes the time to really listen and adapt to whatever I tell her. The at home rehab exercises she gives have been manageable and realistic and she always makes sure to check in to see if they need to be changed in any way. Over the years, I've seen quite a number of physios, and Erin is far and away the best - I've even referred my husband to her!

I have no reservations in giving this excellent recommendation. I was kept fully informed and achieved a good result from my surgery

Netta was great! She was so friendly and professional. She understood my limits and made sure I challenged myself within them. Each session was a bit more challenging than the previous so I could definitely see improvement between each session. I highly recommend Netta!

Nick was great, he took a look at my shoulder and we went through some stretches, a week or two later it feels much better!

Mark is a fantastic therapist, kind and thoughtful, adjusting exercises and training as the weeks went by to match my progress and needs (which also meant it never got boring or repetitive and I actually stuck to the programme). He has an in-depth knowledge of the procedure I had (full knee replacement) so could answer all my random questions, whether about the odd ache or clicky noise, my range of movement, the wound itself, or even how to get out of a bath, so I felt reassured and supported during the recovery. I found Mark very respectful in a personal sense, in terms of hands-on physio, and also in my home environment. He's warm, friendly and also extremely punctual!

Emmanuel (Manni) is super knowledgeable and articulate with his advice and expertise. I had such a positive experience, learning a lot about where I have areas to improve, and how to tackle these whilst being mindful of the rest of my ongoing training plan and injury history. I’m really excited to put the work in and be able to go back to track improvement in a follow up appointment.

This guy is the best physio in London... I went to Opus with an ankle injury after a fall and twist. I am back to running 60km per week with no pain and I feel stronger than ever.
