No major issues but as I get older and still try to stay very active I find that a regular sports massage and dry needling helps to reduce the muscle stress and strains, keeps me moving well without pain and helps improve my flexibility and range of movement. Matt is also a “top bloke” genuinely interested in the health and wellbeing of his clients and always makes you feel at ease

My sessions with Ella have been fantastic. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She is also very thorough and takes the time to go through any new exercises in the session. These tailored exercises and the hands on treatment helped me with my pain from day 1. I am making great progress and I am well on my way to recovery.
