Dr Patel went above and beyond for my grandmothers appointment yesterday. He was thorough and extremely detailed in the way he explained things to her in a way that she could understand. Nothing was too much to ask and he took his time to explain her diagnosis and the plan going forward. I am beyond grateful to him for shedding light on what has been a very dark time. We have had reassurance and now my grandmother is on the path to better physical and mental wellbeing.

Delightful staff in an immaculately clean hospital are enormously reassuring when one has to have painful treatment. I am very grateful to have been able to have been at the Berkshire Independent hospital.
