I have been seeing Matt for a number of years. No major issues but as I get older and still try to stay very active I find that a regular sports massage and dry needling helps to reduce the muscle stress and strains, keeps me moving well without pain and helps improve my flexibility and range of movement. Matt is also a “top bloke” genuinely interested in the health and wellbeing of his clients and always makes you feel at ease

I have been struggling with lower and mid back problems for a while and Ottie was able to help reduce the pain and improve my movement in just a few sessions. She initially provided some deep treatment into my back and gave me some good exercises to keep up the progress. I have seen her a fair few times now and each time I feel she has really listened to me and adapted the sessions to exactly what is needed!
