I am so impressed by the service my son received from HCA Healthcare. From the first phone call - staff were polite, friendly and respectful. The care I received at the Weymouth Street Hospital exceeded my expectations. The medical team, led by doctor Luca Sabatini was outstanding, they made me feel very confident and I trusted them fully for my surgery and post-surgery care. The facility felt more like a hotel rather than hospital, with food cooked by professional chefs, big rooms with own private bathroom and caring medical staff available at all times. Overall, my experience at Weymouth Street Hospital was highly positive and I am grateful for the great care I received. An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.
