Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. Dr. Vieira has made such a different to our lives. We couldn’t be happier.

Dr Teresa Gomez is excellent, she listens is very professional and very empathetic. She is also very approachable and it is always a pleasure to meet, always feel better after my appointment. Her secretary Melissa is also extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly.

Monika is incredibly warm and patient, and gives an impression of unconditional compassion and belief in one's potential. Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself. I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.

I have been working with Gary for over two years and he has been extremely helpful in giving me insight into my thoughts, feelings and behaviour. He explains the psychotherapeutic processes he uses in a simple way and is excellent at identifying and helping me to confront underlying issues, some of which I wasn't even aware of. He has given me helpful psychotherapeutic tools to use in daily life and taught me to recognise emotional signs and triggers, and how to respond to them. He illustrates his points in an understandable way based on his experience. He is not afraid of challenging me and asking deep and difficult questions ("tough love") in a supporting way. In doing so, I feel he always has my best interests at heart (he even makes himself available outside of the sessions) and I trust him implicitly. In short, Gary really cares (objectively and professionally). His work with me has massively improved my mental health and overall wellbeing, which meant I coped with some dark and difficult periods in my life much better than I otherwise would have done. I wish I'd found Gary years ago, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I originally went to see Andreas for relationship issues, to which over time, I confronted and solved with his expert guidance. From there we went on to improve and build on myself. After time, he helped me to recognise better behaviours and how to assert myself without conflict. We also focused on ways to develop myself in all other facets of my life to essentially "be my best self". I absolutely recommend working with Andreas. A true professional.
