The aftercare sessions are wonderful. They give me the chance to take stock and check in with others who have been through similar experiences. I find their parallel to the process groups in lifeworks really helped me to feel comfortable from the first session despite it being on zoom and therefore feeling slightly different. Mark is amazing and does a really great job of intervening as and when is necessary or helpful and no more, meaning it feels like our space but is absolutely held by him as a safe one.

Great treatment and care from the staff and therapists and many mindfulness classes as well. Food was good. One issue was the lack of cleaning bedrooms and changing of beds.

Excellent experience, including ease of contact and arranging appointments and excellent therapist.
