I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was in WMS, all the midwifes and staffs were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The WMS team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their dedication and kindness made all the difference during such a significant time in my life.

Great Kindness and professionality.

Our overall experience at Westminster Maternity Suite was very good. Most of the midwives were absolutely amazing, the room was nice and clean (with **that** view!) and our obstetrician Manju was faultless. It is, however, rather expensive so I feel there is room for improvement in some areas. Some of the staff seemed a little cold. For example, when we arrived for an emergency C-section, booked in earlier that day, we were greeted by a midwife who told us we weren't on the books and shouldn't be there. Eventually she ushered us into a consulting room to wait, giving the impression we were an inconvenience. Would also note that some of the wait times for scans and midwife appointments were on the long side. But these are small quibbles and I would definitely still return to the Westminster Maternity Suite and recommend to friends.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at CRGH City Clinic. The team was exceptionally professional and supportive throughout our journey. Their expertise and personalised care made all the difference, and we are now happily expecting. Highly recommend!
