Overal friendly greeting by staff. Wait was slightly longer than anticipated, but staff were attentive throughout.

Never spent long waiting but the staff and service was fast and friendly.

Weird area to get to but asking for directions wasn't a problem. Very friendly and felt like o had commitment from the doctor and focus on my recovery

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!

Everyone was helpful, polite and efficient and the food was good.
