Luca always held a safe and compassionate space for me. Initially it wasn't easy to accept Luca's help as i came with huge trust issues, but I really felt like I could open up to him properly without fear of judgement. He has a kind and gentle energy about him. When difficult things need to be discussed and addressed I found him to be firm and compassionate at the same time. A great therapist to work with.

I had a pleasant experience with Juandri. I was going through a difficult period and she was patient and supported me throughout the stage.

Dr Sarkhel was very efficient and flexible with appointments, which made it easier to go through the diagnosis process. I like that he takes a holistic approach to treatment - we don't just discuss medication during check ups, but additional external support like counseling and social activities. This is helping me to better manage my ADHD symptoms and capitalise on the boost the medication provides to create better habits. It's not easy, but having check ups on these additional factors helps me stay on track. His assistants are also great at sending appointment reminders and checking if you need rescheduling, which helps me remember how close it is and make any changes with better than notice than if I handled it on my own.

Very direct and clear communication (extremely helpful for us to understand where we stand), delivered in a very empathetic manner acknowledging the emotional challenges and anxiety that come with an unexpected diagnosis. Very responsive to our enquiries and requests for follow ups. It is extremely reassuring for us to know we are in his safe hands.

Ajay is excellent, I saw him for a few years and he helped me to better understand myself. I would highly recommend seeing him.

Steve helped me to accept the situation I found myself in using a combination of CBT and compassion. The latter I found particularly beneficial in helping me to accept what had happened. His focus on quality of life helped me to enjoy my situation despite ongoing medical difficulties.

Dr. Aarohee Desai-Gupta has been super helpful and providing clear instructions and guidance on my treatment . Over the course of 3 months since I have been working with her my mental health has drastically improved. I feel more like myself, my mood has also improved as well as my performance. Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles.
