Easy service, great doctor and office team

Having worked with Freya for a few months now I can confidently say that she has helped me massively. The service itself for calls is really easy to use and I have helpful techniques and advice that I take away from every session. Freya makes it a very safe space to open up and be vulnerable but also to challenge the eating disorder and negative thoughts. I feel very grateful to Freya and Treating Disorders for all the help that I've received so far.
