Dr Patel puts me at ease, gives me all the information I need and has already made a huge difference to my heart function by changing my medication. He has settled my mind regarding my future. I appreciate that he speaks to me on the level, in a language I can understand; he explains things to me In such an accessible way. Dr Tristan Ramcharan was fantastic with putting my anxious daughter at ease. He engaged with her all the way through the appointment to ensure she was happy and had an understanding of what was going on.
