Dr Singh recommended me for thumb joint replacement surgery as steroid injection wasn’t helping with pain relief .Surgey on the 16th May. I have now regained full strength and mobility of my left hand .My recovery was very swift and only hand to take one week off work.Over the moon with the results.

Jacky was very helpful, kind and had a great attitude about my healing process from an ankle injury from the start! He explained every step of his plan for me and adjusted it to my situation and concerns along the way. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.
