Mr Dattani was very helpful and explained my operation in detail. The surgery was very successful and I now have a full range of pain free shoulder movement.

He was kind & caring but also professional. He explained every procedure thoroughly. I had complete confidence in him.

The criticism is that I was put on the spot to make a rushed decision on the treatment. It would have been sensible to let me go away with the options of treatment and be able to discuss with my family and then make a decision. Now I feel as though I was swayed away from going for the surgery as I wasn’t keen on it.

I visited Mr Siddiqui at the Parkside Hospital. I found the total experience with dealing with Mr Siddiqui and his assistant to be excellent. The reception team were super friendly upon arrival. Mr Putti was professional but friendly and approachable. Everything was explained to me and my agreement was sought before any treatment or physical exam was carried out. The whole experience and ambiance was just relaxing and welcoming.
