Jacky was very helpful, kind and had a great attitude about my healing process from an ankle injury from the start! He explained every step of his plan for me and adjusted it to my situation and concerns along the way. I felt in very safe hands from the start, and his empathetic and positive attitude has made dealing with my ankle sprain much easier. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). I saw Mr Walker after my initial treatment at the NHS and he was very informative and able to provide me a lot of reassurance about my injury. His explanations of both my injury and treatment was easy to understand and we quickly had a treatment plan. He was also happy to answer all my additional questions about medication, travel with the injury and what to do daily to ensure I am healing with lots of patience.
