I was more than pleasantly surprised at the treatment received by Mr Ahmed. His relaxed professional, yet friendly approach helped me relax completely. I never felt that he was in a rush to move on. He gave time, full explanations whilst listening and paying attention to whatever I said. It was almost like a friendly chat. He was genuinely interested and fully supportive. I cannot thank him enough for his excellent expertise. I was bending my knee almost completely the morning after the operation. Both physio and nursing staff were impressed. During my check after six weeks he again was very supportive and probed to see if I had any concerns. Also that I should contact him if I had any future concerns or worries. In all a flawless excellent streamlined experience. I was extremely happy and said so to both Mr Ahmed and all of my friends and family.

As I reach the first anniversary of acquiring my new knee I appreciate Ms Scott's professionalism throughout including the pre and post op meetings, also her care pre and post op during the time in hospital. She explained clearly everything that was going to happen and was quick to respond to any queries I had during my recovery at home. Should I need a new procedure I would be happy to avail myself of her services again.
