I recently had a very good experience during my visit to Dr Ibrahim. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial nerves I had. When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. From the start to the finish, Dr Anjum and his team were extremely professional and polite. I had everything explained including all the risks and success rate of such an operation. I was given advice on my condition and how to move forward according to their professional opinion. I am glad I went through with the operation to remove the tumor from my spine as I am feeling much better and pain free after many years. Recovery was amazing as I followed all the advice by Dr Anjum and I am back on my feet and doing everyday things as usual. Can not thank him and his team enough for all they did for me.

Mr Mendoza, Was Very Knowledge and reassuring, he provided a through review of the MRI and I left feeling happier that my headaches were not a result of the concerns i had Also, appreciating that the headaches were still causing me distress, Mr Mendoza advised he would advise that further referral would be beneficial

I found Mr Shetty to be very professional and knowledgeable. His manner is open and friendly - not so friendly that I felt there was any sub-text which I thought important! His explanation of the cause of my pain and possible solutions was very clear. He explained all the possible advantages, disadvantages and implications of possible interventions. He was clear as to which intervention he thought best, but I felt no pressure to choose it - rather, he suggested I took time to deliberate. In short, he gave me confidence to choose the op he had suggested. Between consultations, some of which were by telephone at my request, he remembered, all the details of my case, including arguably irrelevant family details which made me feel I was a ‘person’ not a ‘case’. The aftercare I received was wonderful.
