I recently had a very good experience during my visit to Dr Ibrahim. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial nerves I had. When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. I had lost the ability to live my normal life because of pain and fear. Doctor Sian was the first person to acknowledge my situation properly after years of being treated less well by other Doctors. He explained our options clearly and was always easy to talk to. Over the time I have been seeing him, I have slowly recovered from being in terrible pain, to being in a much better physical state, and my mental health has massively improved.
