At my first consultation I had in depth xrays... Mr Thakral explained as much as he could and gave me a good descriptions of the treatment he was prepared to carry out. This was all done in a good manner and explaining the procedure ...recovery time and rehabilitation. My questions were answered regarding the success and the answers were both honest and thorough...I was then able to make my own decision should I be offered the procedure through Benenden membership..
