Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

Really pleasant professional experience. Physio was great. Location is just a little challenging for drop off as I have a broken leg and then its some navigation to get to the physio area. All manageable but there is no place to sit and wait which might be helpful (especially if you have a broken leg) and I would think a relatively easy thing to address.

They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. The facilities are top-notch, reflecting the high standard of care that all hospitals under HCA UK are known for. The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience. I am incredibly grateful for the level of care I received at Wellington Hospital. The friendly and dedicated staff went above and beyond to make my visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. I left the hospital feeling reassured and well taken care of, confident in the accuracy and thoroughness of the tests conducted.
