It was my first time meeting Dr Dulay and I was a little nervous. However, Dr Dulay was very welcoming and listened carefully to what I was saying, he asked lots of questions and gave me some great advice. I left feeling safe that my health was in very capable hands.

Dr Jog looks after my daughter and we saw her at Spire Hospital on two occasions. She has always been very professional, made sure we understand everything and are in agreement with the care plan. She delivers excellent patient centred care in a very friendly and kind manner. As a hospital doctor myself and a mother I could not have asked for more in terms of quality of care and human empathy.

I contacted Ali whilst abroad having dislocated my radius and ruptured ligaments at the elbow. He was able to give me good advice about what I needed to ask for locally, and arranged for an MRI immediately upon my return. He was reassuring throughout the recovery period that the ligaments would rejoin, and realistic about the time that this would take. He reviewed it a couple of times to adapt the brace and ensure that the progress was as expected, and has been happy to spend time in explaining the medical side of the injury and how the recovery would work. Thankfully, everything mended as Ali predicted. Unusually for a consultant, but not for him, Ali has been approachable throughout on Whatsapp and has updated me on the status of the scans as he has had the results rather than waiting for an appointment. I am happy to recommend Ali as a consultant in a similar situation - very competent, communicative, approachable and friendly - a refreshingly different experience from the norm. Thanks Ali.
