It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

They were fine front desk could be a bit nicer but was clean and spacious

The Portland Hospital gave me a first-class experience as a patient. My surgeon was exceptional, as was the anaesthetist. The care immediately pre- and post- op was the best possible. The nurses were wonderful: friendly, expert and highly attentive while also allowing some privacy as required. They could not have given me better care in any way. The hospital itself was a remarkably pleasant environment - my room and the whole ward was calm, well-designed and spotless. The food was very good indeed and the ambience was everything I had hoped for. I felt I was in the best possible place and my surgery there has had an excellent outcome.

The hospital were very accommodating even though I was running late as I had taken the wrong train from Surrey!

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.
