I can't express how great of an experience as a family we had. Dr. Bayele was patient, professional and listened, there weren't any silly answers or questions when it came to our concerns. We left with a much more clearer view of our son's needs. We are continuing our process with Dr. Bayele. If you feel lost, down, pulling your hair out, or just let down in many ways.... Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. Dr. Vieira has made such a different to our lives. We couldn’t be happier.

Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

Katharine offered the perfect balance of support and, when necessary, challenge to us and our teen daughter. Our daughter was wary about starting therapy, but Katharine offered a reassuring presence right from the start. It's always tricky thinking about "progress" in therapy, and things never "improve" in a straight line, but our daughter learned tools from Katharine that have made a real difference in how she copes with things.

Marc is easy to talk to, and knows when to let the patient unburden themselves versus when to step in with some advice. He is also good at knowing when to be forgiving versus when to apply some ‘tough love.’ In my experience, therapy is not always easy but it shouldn’t be unpleasant, and Marc does a good job of ensuring that it is a worthwhile and even enjoyable endeavour.

The support and understanding shown to my children has been inspiring. It has also empowered me to move forward with the strength needed to fight the square peg / round hole system.
