The food should be a lot better especially breakfast as all we get is eggs and beans every day need better choice And more snacks throughout the day And should replace the cornflakes with Frosties. Staff are very good and this is the best place to come and get better for sure

The aftercare sessions are wonderful. They give me the chance to take stock and check in with others who have been through similar experiences. I find their parallel to the process groups in lifeworks really helped me to feel comfortable from the first session despite it being on zoom and therefore feeling slightly different. Mark is amazing and does a really great job of intervening as and when is necessary or helpful and no more, meaning it feels like our space but is absolutely held by him as a safe one.

Very warm and friendly support staff. Food and accommodation were excellent. The therapist team have great knowledge and experience. I feel that rhe whole team have given me a great foundation to support my ongoing recovery. Thank you all at Sanctuary Lodge.

Having the support of Natasha as care coordinator as well as the therapy from Helen Brice has been really helpful with my recovery. Paul Flynn's provision of the Flow machine has made a huge difference.

One session completed, online consultation was smooth without technical issues. The session was efficient and we got straight to work on an intervention that we both agreed on and trusted.
