I came to Miss Adib after having suffered from 10 UTI in the past few months and saw too many gynaecologists only offering antibiotics. I did 3 treatments of Mona Lisa laser with Miss Adib and It has stopped the UTIs. Miss Adib is also extremely knowledgeable about hormone treatment and has helped me managed my period pain due to endometriosis. She is a very friendly and caring doctor.

Miss Akbar is very kind and understanding, she listens and understands any concerns you have and explains everything clearly.

Dr Pal had a calm demeanor which eased my nerves before my procedures. He was also patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I see him as someone who would take the time to make sure his patients are comfortable enough before proceeding to treatments. This is particularly important for me when it comes to seeking care for gynecology which is a very private subject. His secretary Emma had a professional tone in her voice and email communication. I feel that she had the interests of both Dr Pal and myself when liaising with us. During one of my procedures which didn’t require an aesthetic but still caused discomfort, the nurses/assistants took great care of me by giving clear directions and distracting me with small talks.

Miss Wilson spoke to me about my options regarding treatment and allowed me the space to decide what I wanted to do. My examination was thorough and she was communicative and reassuring throughout, making sure I was comfortable.

Ms Flemming was very warm and friendly and helped to answer all my questions. The doctor made sure to carry out all extended tests thoroughly.

Ms Sharma was very friendly and patiently explaining my result for me. She did the checks very gently and made me feel very respected. She managed to do checks and consultation within appointment time and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Mr. Braithwaite has always been extremely professional, kind and helpful.

Julie made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. It is never easy to go through the procedure and after some bad past experiences she made it seem so easy thanks to her support, professionalism and talking through/explaining everything. I very appreciated the care and support she gave.

Excellent treatment from the first consultation right through to surgery and follow up appointment. Very caring. Explained everything clearly. Always felt he had time to listen. Surgery solved my problems with no pain afterwards.
