I had a Colonoscopy and gastroscopy. Both procedures were completed without any discomfort whatsoever. Pre and post procedure information and explanation were comprehensive and easy to understand. Importantly I felt in safe hands and had full confidence in the consultant.

My experience with Dr. Al-Joudeh was great. I have seen many Bupa doctors, and most of them just waste time. However, Dr. Al-Joudeh was different. He looked after me and was straight to the point. He took the time to listen to me and explained in detail what was causing my health issues and what I should do going forward.

Dr Tanwar has been very helpful, accessible, eager to answer all my questions and has performed two gastroscopies on me. I only have positive feedback on the overall experience and on my communication with the doctor.

I chose to have my procedure with him after researching throughly and came across Mr El Hasani being what I would describe as a top surgeon in the UK as his expertise in the field is renowned. I can not find a single fault with the procedure or aftercare I received and his team have been exceptionally supportive throughout my journey.
