I found it hard initially to put my trust in a treatment that was not improving my symptoms quickly but now I am a year in to the treatment I trust Dr Jones to make the right decisions to assist me and have found my symptoms have been allieved to a higher extent.

Mr Rathod was very patient and explained to me in detail what my diagnosis was (even using several drawings). During the procedure, he kept me informed and answered my questions in a way I could understand. Now that I'm recovering, I'm very thankful to Mr Rathod for his work and for giving me more options instead of going with the most radical solution.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.
