Mr. Jonathan Noël is the best doctor ever! I have never met a doctor with so much medical knowledge & patient’s empathy in my life + together with Dr. Chan (with experience in open prostectomy surgery in Australia) they reassured me of the robotic prostectomy’s success, despite my previous surgery from a raptured appendix with possible complications from abdominal adhesions, that they’d make sure I was properly treated & my deepest thanks goes to both of them great caring doctors who chose to care for me as a human being & my concerns when they could have easily ignored me because I’m Black. He listened to me, he educated me & then he guided me to the best informed medical decision I have ever made, when I was medically so vulnerable & so afraid, since my father also died from the same condition. The whole medical team was first class, from pre-theatre admission to pre-discharge nursing. He literally took my hand, with so much love & so much compassion, and then he guided me over the finish line, when I was so desperate & at the lowest point in my life, having been a very professional architect for over 30 years who was always in charge & in full control of some of the the richest & most powerful people in the world BUT for once I felt overwhelmed & completely confused as a very accomplished Black Man in a predominately white UK. I believe he’d have done the same for anyone regardless of their social class or race because he cares about his patients regardless of their race or social status. My initial doctor made me feel dismissed & undervalued as a Black Man BUT Dr. Noel made me feel valued as a human being in the NHS. THANK YOU & THANK YOU SO MUCH! Singa

Mr Stimpson was always clear in explaining matters to me re the procedure, possibilities re findings post op and so forth. Mr Stimpson was always reassuring. My procedure went well with little to no issues post-op which I'm incredibly thankful to Mr Stimpson for.

My experience with Dr. Christina George was amazing. I had a skin condition that affected me for months, and I even went to several doctors prior to her. None of them were able to find solution but her. She was thorough, empathetic, knowledgeable and most importantly very friendly. 100% recommend.

For over two years I was tormented by Pulsatile Tinnitus. The noise was so loud it affected every part of my life. Along with the noise, I had constant headaches & dizzy spells. I was unable to sleep & depression was taking over. I was told time & time again. “Its Tinnitus, nothing can be done!” It felt completely hopeless. The surgery & work Dr Makalanda is doing, really is life changing, for so many people. After CT scans it was clear I had a blockage, in what I called my brain vein! Or Intercranial Venous Sinus. Yay, finally a diagnosis! When I met Dr Makalanda he gave me hope. Yes there were risks involved with surgery, but any surgery has risks, right? This surgery needs to be more widely available & GP’s educated that not all Tinnitus is the same! Dr Makalanda is a wonderful doctor, kind, caring & super clever! He explained the complicated surgery to me & throughout I felt in the safest hands. I will be forever grateful to him, for giving me my life. Silence now, really is golden.

Dr Joshi was amazing from our first ever consultation and all the way up until now. He really took the time to discuss with me about my concerns and the best and worst outcomes to expect. There was no grey area, he was very direct about everything. The day of the operation, I couldn't have asked to be in more safe hands Dr Joshi and his entire team were amazing. I was extremely nervous going into this but Dr Joshi was incredibly reassuring and his aftercare is amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Joshi and his entire team, this has been one of the best medical experiences.
