Mr Jain is incredible. He has built a wonderful relationship with our son, from day one Mr Jain has treated our son and us with the utmost care. Mr Jain has been our son’s consultant for almost 5years, we would not trust anyone else with his eyes. We would highly recommend Mr Jain and promise that during the most daunting times with your child’s eyes, Mr Jain will be there with you for every step of the treatment.

I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!

I recently had a lower eyelid operation preformed by Mr Lorenzo at Southampton Hospital Eye Unit. Throughout the consultation, operation and the follow up appointment I found him to be exceptional professional. He explained everything very clearly with the procedure and also how successful the operation had been. During the operation he was in total control and I was highly impressed with his and his team's performance. I could not fault any part of the procedure.

Mr Vasan was fantastic start to finish. After our initial 20min call, I completely understood my condition and the options available. I was booked in for the operation quickly and at a hospital that was convenient for me and my cover. On the day of the surgery, Mr Vasan came for a full 30min to explain the procedure, recovery and answer any questions I had. He also came by after I woke up to check everything was ok and to answer any further questions. He also recommend a local physio who is superb too. The follow up 2 weeks later was very thorough and he was genuinely pleased with my recovery. From the initial call I could tell that Mr Vasan was an expert in his field, genuinely cared and wanted to help, and explained things super clearly. I knew that I would be in very safe hands, and wouldn’t want anyone else to perform the operation. I cant thank Mr Vasan enough for stopping my pain and making my life better and no longer restricted again

Dr Anika Morjaria is warm and down to earth, and immediately put me at ease. She explained what was happening in my shoulder joint in a way that was easy to comprehend and non-alarming. I would highly recommend Anika.

Dr Neil Rane was excellent, he was detailed, empathetic as he knew how anxious I was and made the experience as calm and as comfortable as possible for me. He was attentive, knowledgeable and clear in every aspect of my care and would highly recommend him.
