I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pras, from the initial diagnostic to considering treatment options and the the procedure itself. I am extremely happy with the results and the level of service and professionalism from both Dr. Pras and all the staff at the hospital.

Mr Lunawat was a good listener & understood my three concerns which he addressed in turn. His manner was very professional and is a good communicator. Following the examination he explained his diagnosis to be - & my younger son - descrobed the next steps. Mr Lunawat then said he would arrange for an early further appointment, which he did, enabling me to o on holiday a few days later.

Clear and helpful in the first consultation. Not pushy about the treatment options available despite my concerns. Calming and reassuring on the day of surgery which was successul and addressed an issue I had been living with and on an NHS waiting list for 6-months.

Mr Charlesworth is a wonderfully talented surgeon who is at the top of his professional career in urology. Nothing is too much trouble and his focus on patient wellbeing and excellent clinical outcomes is paramount. A very reassuring and caring doctor; as a patient you could not wish for more.
