Dr Lunawat took excellent care of me from the moment I met him. He explained everything in detail and in a clear way so that I could understand easily what was to happen. I found him to be warm and caring and he made me feel very at ease in what had been a bit of a stressful time for me. He arranged appointments, tests and my surgery very quickly which was really appreciated. I hope I do not need to see him again for medical problems but if I did, I would not hesitate to call for his help!

It was a very smooth process from making the appointment, speaking to Mr Turner before the procedure, and being extremely well looked after on the day. A superb, professional, caring team from start to finish.

When I first visited Dr Andrich, I thought I had lost control of my life with a constant cycle of cystitis which was being treated with months of antibiotics - which I now realise was making the symptoms worse. At my first consultation, Dr Andrich gave an alternative and sustainable way of treating the condition together with a comprehensive medical explanation for the constant bouts I was experiencing. I was prescribed Uromune as a vaccine. What a lifeline - this vaccine has changed my life and I haven't had an infection since taking it. I am so relieved. I wasn't sure the impact would be so significant but I feel utter relief having broken a terrible cycle. Should I get another infection, I wouldn't hesitate to book another appointment. I am so grateful for Dr Andrich's support and help.

Dr Pati, fixed my embarrassing problem for which I am very grateful for. I had a exploratory operation which I was very nervous about but it needed to be done. Dr Pati is highly skilled to do what she did without any side/after effects. Thank you Dr Pati.
