Everyone was professional in their approach, the clinic had excellent facilities and was well maintained.

Had a 2pm appointment but had to wait an hour and was not seen until 3pm - really frustrated

Hospital was very clean and staff were very efficient and welcoming throughout my stay, my one suggestion would be to allow patients to arrive closer to their procedure time when having local anesthetic, as there are only a small amount of checks needed prior therefor a lot of waiting around.
