I had a smooth experience overall

The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.

The Evewell is such a kind and welcoming space and the staff were there for me when I had questions even out of office hours. I would say they went above and beyond for me to make my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.
