He is an absolutely outstanding physician; clearly very able, approachable, friendly, interested and involved. He is the model of what a modern consultant shoul be. This means that consulting him does not become a frightening experience but rather a session where one is advised and examined by someone who is really interested in and concerned for the person before him. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He really does go the second mile. he evn took the trouble to phone through my bllod test results from where he was on holiday in Greece. That is typical of him. Over a number of years I have been able to see how he operates; he treats everyone with that same degree of special care and attention.

At a distressing time, not knowing the outcome of my biopsy, Dr Mehra was able to reassure me that the treatments for my condition, covered a wide range and that most survived the most aggressive types of treatment.
