Parkside Hospital, now Nuffield Health Parkside has been my local hospital for many years and I have always found it extremely efficient.

It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!

In particular, the receptionists were cheery and welcoming. Theyvhalped make the appointment non-scary and set me at ease - so thanks to them!! 😊

Very welcoming and seen on time

I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.

Brilliant service so far. I feel that I am in the best possible hands
