Initially I went to see Mr Arun Prasath Shanmuganandan when I discovered my hemorrhoids was not improving. Dr Arun was so professional and knowledgeable but above all he made me feel very comfortable. He was very calm and understanding. He took his time with the assessment and was very meticulous. The treatment he suggested was very effective and made a swift recovery. During the consultation he discovered there is a family history with bowel cancer and he strongly advised for a colonoscopy which my GP never picked on. Dr Arun was very proactive and got everything organized for me. The colonoscopy very smoothly and I did not felt anything, I guess this must be down to his experience and knowledge. Two polyps was removed send to the lab and Dr Arun gave me the all clear during the follow up. I felt very safe at all time in his care. I highly recommend Dr Arun, he is an expert in his field.

Mr Evans is a breath of fresh air! He explains everything in a way even my stressed out brain understood, with an excellent bedside manner. He remembered me and my case without question and is without doubt the best surgeon I have dealt with. His PA, Emma, deserves recognition for THE person to help when you're in all kinds of distress - she is calm, efficient and very effective, always finding the best option, thank you both 😊

Mr Sains was friendly and respectful, explaining the options fully and why he recommended the procedure I had. I’m really pleased with the outcome and how he made me feel comfortable and understood in dealing with a sensitive and potentially embarrassing body area!

I saw Mr Leo for a 2nd opinion for a long term condition that I was struggling to get help with via my NHS team. He was very approachable and understanding of my situation.
